Technical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Sales & Service Engineer who will be responsible for handling client interactions, providing product demos (online/offline), overseeing installation, and ensuring efficient after-sales support across India. The candidate should possess strong technical understanding of packaging machinery and excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Demo:

Conduct product demonstrations (virtual & physical) for FFS, HFFS, TIJ Printers, and Conveyors.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packaging machinery solutions.

Coordinate with the internal design and production team for customized machine requirements.

Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals to clients.

Support the sales team in closing orders by providing technical insights.

Installation & Commissioning:

Perform or guide customers for machine installation and commissioning through call/video or physical visits (PAN India).

Ensure machines are tested and handed over successfully post-installation.

After-Sales & Service:

Provide remote troubleshooting and maintenance support.

Coordinate spare part requirements and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.

Maintain service records and client feedback reports.

Coordination & Reporting:

Work closely with the design, assembly, and service teams.

Prepare daily activity and service reports.

Update CRM with client follow-up and service details.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

1–5 years of experience in packaging machinery or industrial automation.

Knowledge of FFS / HFFS machines, conveyors, and TIJ printers preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel PAN India.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling ability.
