सुपरवाइजर

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Loading & Unloading Supervisor to manage and supervise daily loading and unloading activities at our location.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily loading and unloading operations.

Manage and guide loading/unloading workers and helpers.

Ensure proper handling and stacking of materials.

Check quantity and condition of materials during loading and unloading.

Maintain records of materials received and dispatched.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers and other departments.

Ensure timely loading and unloading of vehicles.

Report shortages, damages or discrepancies to management.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the loading/unloading area.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Eligibility & Skills

Qualification: Graduation pass preferred.

Experience: 0–4 years of experience in loading/unloading, warehouse or logistics supervision preferred.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage workers and coordinate daily activities.

Physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse/industrial environment.

Basic knowledge of record keeping and documentation.

Responsible, punctual and disciplined.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
