Store Manager

We are looking for a Dark Store Manager to join our team at at Ensetu Solutions. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹40000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

 Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the dark store, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.

 Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.

 Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.

 Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
