Store Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth store functioning and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
Monitor sales performance and achieve store targets
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays
Handle billing, cash management, and store reporting
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with vendors and management for smooth operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in retail management
Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Proficiency in MS Office and retail software/POS systems
