Job Title: Store Loader – Packaging & Raw Material

Reporting To: Store In-Charge / Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Mumbai, Survey No.12/9A, Indiplex - IV, Shanti Vidya Nagari Road, Near Reliance Receiving Station, Village Ghodbunder, Mira Road East, Thane, Maharashtra, 401101

Job Summary:

The Store Loader is responsible for efficient loading, unloading, and movement of packaging materials and raw materials within the warehouse. The role ensures proper handling, storage, and support in inventory activities while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packaging materials and raw materials from incoming and outgoing vehicles.

• Transport materials to designated storage areas as per warehouse layout.

• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.

• Assist in verifying received materials against delivery challans and invoices.

• Support dispatch operations by preparing and staging materials for shipment.

• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory management practices.

• Participate in stock counts and physical inventory verification.

• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Store In-Charge.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and use prescribed PPE at all times.

• Operate basic material handling equipment (trolleys, pallets, hand lifts) where required and trained.

• Coordinate with storekeepers, supervisors, and logistics team for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience in warehouse/store operations preferred (0–2 years).

• Physically fit and capable of handling manual loading/unloading tasks.

• Basic understanding of inventory and material handling processes.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

• Involves physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

• Work may require standing for extended periods.
