We are currently hiring Store Incharge for one of our client.

Job Title : Store Incharge

Location: Medipally

Experience: 3–4 Years

Our Client is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and material flow related to construction and waterproofing products. The role involves ensuring efficient stock management, timely material availability, and smooth coordination with sales and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations for ensuring smooth material handling and dispatch.

• Maintain accurate records of stock (inward/outward entries, GRN, delivery challans, invoices).

• Manage inventory of construction and waterproofing products such as:

• Waterproofing chemicals, coatings, membranes

• Adhesives, sealants, grouts

• Construction tools and accessories

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials as per safety standards.

• Coordinate with sales team and customers for order preparation and dispatch.

• Handle vendor deliveries and verify material quality and quantity.

• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where required.

• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

• Supervise helpers/loaders and ensure efficient workflow

• Required Skills:

• Knowledge of construction and waterproofing materials (preferred).

• Strong inventory and store management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing/ERP software).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Diploma (Civil or related field preferred).

3–4 years of experience in store handling, preferably in construction materials or hardware stores.
