Store Incharge

We are looking for a Shift Incharge to join our team at Zepto Om Vihar Store. Manages daily, on-the-ground, full-time operations, focusing on PAT /PT / IPP to manage 10-20 minute delivery KPIs by leading staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and overseeing picking/packing. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound flow, minimizing shrinkage, enforcing FIFO/FEFO, and resolving issues.

Requires 6 Month–2 years of experience in logistics, quick commerce (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon Now, Flipkart Minutes), or warehouse management.. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Operational Management: Oversee end-to-end store operations including, inbound receiving, storage, and outbound dispatch to meet high-speed SLA targets.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and loaders.

• Inventory & Quality Control: Perform regular cycle counts, manage stock, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and handle expired items.

• Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like order picking accuracy and RTO rates, and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

• Safety & Maintenance: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene, and cleanliness standards within the store.

• Problem Solving: Resolve immediate operational bottlenecks, such as delivery delays or inventory discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.

• Skills: Proficiency in using, or willingness to learn, warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices. Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Availability: Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays.
