Store Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records in the system (ERP / Excel / Tally).
Ensure proper material inward and outward entries with supporting documents (GRN, issue slips, etc.).
Verify quantity and quality of materials during receiving.
Maintain FIFO / FEFO system for proper inventory management.
Monitor stock levels and inform management for reorder requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
Maintain proper labeling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.
Maintain store documentation and records as per company policies and audit requirements.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
Handle material dispatch and documentation when required.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary store records.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Inventory Management
Knowledge of ERP / Tally / MS Excel
Understanding of GRN, stock register, and store documentation
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of material handling and storage practices
