Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms. 

Job Title –Executive Store Operations

Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm 

Location – Chancharwadi - Vasna / Prahladnagar

Experience: - 3-5 years

Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily picklists accurately as per production and dispatch schedules.

• Verify picklist details in ERP before material issuance.

• Ensure correct material picking, quantity, and bin selection as per system.

• Coordinate with Production, Assembly, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantity, packaging, and condition.

• Match received items with PO, DC, and invoice before inward entry.

• Create and post GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in ERP on time.

• Maintain FIFO system for all materials and components.

• Keep storage areas organized, clean, and properly labeled.

• Conduct daily and weekly stock verification and report variances.

• Maintain accurate physical vs system stock alignment.

• Record all inward, issue, and return transactions promptly in ERP.

• Report any material shortage, damage, or mismatch immediately.

• Coordinate with QC, Purchase, and Accounts for inward and rejection processes.

• Ensure timely closure of inward and picklist documents for audit readiness.

• Support periodic internal and statutory audits with accurate data.

• Follow all safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards in the store area.

• Maintain high discipline and accountability in material handling.

• Continuously look for process improvements and efficiency ideas.

• Adhere strictly to company SOPs and ERP workflows for store operations.
