The Store Executive is responsible for managing material receipts, storage, issuance, and inventory control to ensure smooth production and operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with purchase, production, and quality teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per PO, invoice, and GRN
Ensure proper storage and identification of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods
Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices
Monitor stock levels and raise indents for replenishment
Maintain daily stock registers, bin cards, and ERP entries
Prepare GRN, issue slips, material return notes, and stock transfer documents
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve variances
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams
Support internal and external audits
Assist in dispatch planning and material loading/unloading
Follow safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards in stores
Ensure materials are stored as per quality and safety norms
Prevent material damage, loss, or pilferage
Knowledge of inventory control and store procedures
Basic understanding of ERP / SAP / Tally (preferred)
Good documentation and record-keeping skills
Coordination and communication skills
Ability to work in shifts (if required)
Education: Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline)
Experience: 1–4 years in stores / inventory role (manufacturing preferred)
