Position: Store Assistant
Location: Vashi Warehouse / Antop Hill Office
Key Responsibilities:
Manage physical inventory and maintain accurate stock records of machines and equipment.
Handle inward and outward inventory accounting entries in the system.
Coordinate dispatch activities, packaging, and shipment tracking.
Generate E-Way Bills and maintain dispatch documentation.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth movement of goods.
Liaise with insurance surveyors and support claim-related documentation when required.
Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
Ensure all company protocols, processes, and SOPs are strictly followed.
Maintain proper records and documentation related to inventory and dispatch activities.
Travel between the Vashi warehouse and Antop Hill office as required.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma holder with experience in stores, inventory, or logistics operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management, dispatch procedures, and documentation.
Familiarity with E-Way Bill generation and basic accounting entries.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
Willingness to travel between company locations as per business requirements.
