Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Station Support Associate to support day-to-day station operations. The role involves assisting with package handling, shipment coordination, basic operational activities, and ensuring smooth station functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily station operations and operational activities.
Assist with package receiving, sorting, scanning, and dispatch.
Ensure packages are properly organized and ready for further processing.
Update and maintain basic shipment and operational records.
Coordinate with delivery executives and station team members.
Assist in resolving basic package and operational issues.
Follow company processes, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the station.
