Site Supervisor

Photourja Technologies is looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor – Solar EPC to manage and supervise solar project execution at site. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth installation, quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily solar installation activities including structures, modules, inverters, cabling, and earthing

• Execute work as per approved drawings, layouts, and project timelines

• Coordinate with labour teams, electricians, vendors, and project engineers

• Ensure strict safety compliance and proper use of PPE at site

• Maintain quality standards for installation and workmanship

• Plan daily site activities and allocate tasks effectively

• Prepare and submit Daily Site Reports (DSR) and progress updates

• Track material inward/outward and report shortages or damages

• Identify and resolve site-level technical or execution issues

• Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities

• Maintain discipline and professionalism at site

Technical Knowledge Required:

• Basic understanding of solar PV systems and EPC execution

• Knowledge of DC & AC electrical works

• Ability to read site drawings and layouts

• Familiarity with tools, safety practices, and site documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)

• Experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects

• Basic knowledge of Excel or mobile reporting tools
