Qualification :

> Any Bachelor’s degree

> 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations
> Basic Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures
> Understanding with Incoterms, customs documentation, and freight terms
> Experience with ERP systems and shipment tracking online
> Organizational and multitasking skills
> Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities :

> Coordinate daily shipping operations with Team Leader, for inbound and outbound shipments
> Arrange transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers, as assigned by Team Leader.
> Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOL, commercial invoices, packing lists, export documents, etc.)
> Track shipments and delivery issues or delays
> Communicate with freight forwarders and internal departments regarding shipment status
> Monitor freight costs and support cost-control initiatives
> Maintain accurate shipping records in company logistics systems/portal
> Assist with customs clearance processes when applicable
> Support inventory control and warehouse coordination as needed
