We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at at Amaryllis Appliances India Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹19500 - ₹23900 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and track customer complaints related to products or services.

• Diagnose issues over phone/email where possible and provide initial troubleshooting guidance.

• Coordinate and assign service calls to field technicians based on priority and location.

• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requests.

• Communicate with customers regarding service status, expected timelines, and resolution updates.

• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and performance metrics.

• Work closely with the technical and operations team for escalated cases.

• Manage spare parts requests and availability for technicians.

• Ensure adherence to warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and service agreements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
