We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at at Amaryllis Appliances India Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
Receive, log, and track customer complaints related to products or services.
Diagnose issues over phone/email where possible and provide initial troubleshooting guidance.
Coordinate and assign service calls to field technicians based on priority and location.
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requests.
Communicate with customers regarding service status, expected timelines, and resolution updates.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and performance metrics.
Work closely with the technical and operations team for escalated cases.
Manage spare parts requests and availability for technicians.
Ensure adherence to warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and service agreements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
