Sales Manager – Pune Warehouse

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to manage sales operations, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth for our Pune warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new markets and business opportunities in Pune and surrounding regions.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.

2. Warehouse Sales Operations

• Manage sales activities and customer inquiries related to the Pune warehouse.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing and delivery.

• Monitor product availability and coordinate stock requirements with the warehouse team.

• Ensure smooth communication between sales, warehouse, and installation teams.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable glass partition solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales coordination.

• Maintain long-term relationships with architects, dealers, contractors, and corporate clients.

4. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.

• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate payment follow-ups and outstanding collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

• Experience in glass partitions, aluminium systems, architectural products, building materials, or interior solutions preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Knowledge of the Pune construction, architecture, and commercial interiors market.

• Ability to manage sales targets independently.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

• Existing professional network in Pune and nearby markets.

• Knowledge of glass partition systems, hardware, and aluminium profiles.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling warehouse-related sales operations.
