Sales Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, client meetings, and references
Identify potential customers for Air Freight, Ocean Freight (Import & Export), and other logistics services
Prepare and share freight quotations in coordination with pricing and operations teams
Negotiate rates and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution

Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and client data
