Regional Manager

We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our team at at Cts Express Logistics Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 with growth opportunities.

Regional Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations across multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and target achievement

• Lead, monitor, and guide branch managers and staff to maintain performance standards and business growth

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service quality standards

• Analyze performance, resolve operational issues, and drive revenue through client acquisition and retention

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
