We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at at Zipzap Logistics Private Limited.

ob Description:

The Warehouse Recruiter is responsible for hiring manpower, bikers and onboarding vehicles to support warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating with vendors, verifying documents, and ensuring timely availability of workforce and vehicles as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit warehouse manpower such as pickers, packers, loaders, drivers, and delivery executives and bikers.

• Source and onboard delivery vehicles (bikes, vans, trucks) through vendors or direct owners.

• Coordinate with warehouse operations to understand daily and monthly hiring requirements.

• Conduct interviews, screening, and document verification.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of candidates and vehicles.

• Maintain hiring trackers, vehicle onboarding records, and compliance documents.

• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and vehicle availability reports.

• Resolve manpower and vehicle-related issues in coordination with operations teams.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes

• Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations

• Vendor management and negotiation skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics recruitment preferred
