Monitor project costs and control expenses throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
Manage contracts, variations, and claims
Measure and value work completed on site
Prepare interim and final payment certificates
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal standards
