लॉजिस्टिक्स क्वालिटी मैनेजर

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials and finished products.

• Ensure products conform to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Monitor fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes to maintain quality standards.

• Perform dimensional inspections using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, measuring tapes, and other precision measuring instruments.

• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

• Coordinate with Production, Design, Planning, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to reduce defects.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems and company quality procedures.

• Support internal and external quality audits.

• Train and guide shop floor personnel on quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Maintain quality documentation and ensure timely reporting of inspection results.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality documentation.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in Aluminium Formwork, Fabrication, Steel Structures, or Engineering Products will be preferred.
