Job Description

Excellence Crew Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Diploma and Degree candidates in Automobile and Mechanical Engineering for industrial operations at Indo Autotech Ltd., Narsapura Industrial Area.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.

- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.

- Support quality inspection and maintain product quality standards.

- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines.

- Maintain production records, inspection reports and daily activity reports.

- Identify production issues and report them to the concerned supervisor.

- Support continuous improvement activities, 5S and workplace organization.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.

- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.

- Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures.
