Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Executive - Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, calibrating, and ensuring the quality of process instruments, including flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters, as well as analyzers. You will handle the end-to-end operations cycle, from testing to dispatch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing and Calibration:

   • Perform functional testing and calibration of process instruments such as flow meters, level transmitters, pressure sensors, and analyzers to meet client specifications and industry standards.

   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing.

2. Quality Assurance:

   • Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.

   • Maintain and update testing records and documentation.

3. Operational Management:

   • Oversee the entire operations cycle, from testing to final product dispatch.

   • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Prepare and maintain technical reports, calibration certificates, and operation manuals.

   • Provide feedback on testing procedures and suggest improvements.

5. Customer Support:

   • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to address customer-specific requirements.

   • Assist in technical queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
     

6. Compliance and Safety:

   • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during testing and operations.

   • Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.

7. Continuous Improvement:

   • Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest technologies in process instrumentation.

   • Contribute to improving operational processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related fields.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in testing and operations in process instrumentation.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters and analyzers.

• Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools.

• Familiarity with calibration procedures and standards.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Other Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office tools is a plus.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
