Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

🎓 Qualification

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences

• Freshers or 0–1 year experience

🔬 Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

• Conduct ELISA assays and interpret test results

• Evaluate rapid diagnostic test kits (lateral flow assays)

• Record and maintain QC data, batch records, and documentation

• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and GLP/GMP guidelines

• Assist in method validation and stability studies

• Monitor environmental conditions in QC lab

• Identify and report deviations / non-conformities

• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory standards

🧠 Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of:

  • ELISA technique

  • Immunology & microbiology

  • Laboratory instruments (micropipettes, ELISA reader, incubator)

• Understanding of:

  • GMP / GLP practices

  • Documentation and record-keeping

• Good analytical and observation skills

• Attention to detail

🧪 Preferred (Not Mandatory for Freshers)

• Hands-on exposure to ELISA or diagnostic kits

• Internship in diagnostic lab / pharma company
