Role Overview
The candidate will travel with assigned vehicles when required, coordinate vehicle movement, conduct vehicle and delivery audits, maintain inspection records, take vehicle photographs/videos, coordinate with drivers and transporters, and submit daily operational reports.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel with assigned vehicles to the destination whenever required and monitor complete vehicle movement.Conduct vehicle/delivery audits before dispatch or delivery and check vehicle condition against the approved checklist.Check body condition, scratches/dents/damage, tyres, lights/indicators, accessories and odometer reading.Take clear vehicle photographs/videos during audit and share them with the concerned team.Complete and maintain the audit checklist for every vehicle.Coordinate with drivers, transporters and vendors regarding vehicle movement and delivery.Track vehicle status, arrival/departure and delivery progress.Verify LR, challan, POD and other required documents.Immediately report damage, shortage, delay or other operational issues.Maintain daily vehicle movement, audit and delivery records and submit reports through WhatsApp/Excel.Candidate Profile / QualificationMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate / Diploma preferred.Experience in logistics, transport, automobile, vehicle inspection, audit or field operations preferred.Basic understanding of vehicles and vehicle inspection/audit preferred.Valid driving licence and willingness to travel preferred.Smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge and basic MS Excel/reporting skills.Good communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.Comfortable with field work and working with drivers/transporters.Important Job Requirement
This is not a desk-only job. The candidate may be required to travel with vehicles, perform field-level vehicle/delivery audits, take photographs/videos, coordinate with drivers/transporters and provide regular status reports.Interview Questions
