
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct and document process and product audits using written procedures as audit standards to ensure compliance and continual improvement.
Interact with business development, customer support, and other functions to collect data for process checks and audits.
Ensure
timely execution of process audits as per the planned schedule and working knowledge of basic sampling schemes and standards.
Participate actively in root cause analysis of customer complaints, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on implementation and closure.
Maintain audit records and prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and areas of nonconformance.
Support process excellence initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects to enhance customer or seller satisfaction.
Develop and maintain documentation, data repositories, and systems to monitor process performance.
