Job Responsibilities – Purchase Executive
Handle purchasing and procurement of construction and railway infrastructure materials.
Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
Maintain purchase records, bills, invoices, and related documentation.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements.
Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Verify material quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for vendor payments and invoice processing.
