Purchase Executive (1 –3Year Experience)

Location: , Shivanahalli Village, Kanakapura Taluk, Bangalore
Department: Procurement or Logistics
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Salary: ₹17,000 –23,000 per month (Based on interview and experience) with 3 times food & Accommodation available

Key Responsibilities:
Research potential vendors.

 Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

 Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

 Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

 Review quality of purchased products.

 Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.  Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.  Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

 Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

 Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

 Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Requirements:

1yrs –3 year of relevant Purchase Executive experience in manufacturing /Garment or anther company;.

Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Positive attitude, eager to learn, and ability to multitask

Immediate joining is a must

 Salary : up to 30 k (Based on Current CTC & Exp.)
