We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at at Parksons Packaging Limited. This role involves Paper Procurement, create order, inventory management , and storage of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹35000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, process and track purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery schedule.
Keeping stock records up-to-date.
Ensure the quality of goods before dispatch.
Maintain detailed records of purchases , pricing analysis.
Monitor and update inventory regularly.
Tracked purchase orders and maintained proactive communication with supplier for timely deliveries.
Material damage and supply shortage through direct supplier communication and problem solving.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. SAP exposure for inventory tracking is a plus.
