Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Scheduling:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.

• Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing costs.

• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate preventive maintenance; troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize downtime.Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and corrective actions.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies on the shop floor.Work closely with design, quality, logistics, and procurement teams to align production goals and resolve any issues.Analyze production data (output, efficiency, downtime) and provide reports with actionable insights for improvement.Maintain accurate production records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment logs.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
