Role Summary

The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking items from the warehouse inventory, packing them safely, and preparing orders for dispatch. The role ensures smooth warehouse operations by maintaining accuracy, quality, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from shelves as per order sheets or scanning devices.

• Pack items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage.

• Label, seal, and prepare packages for dispatch.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and report any stock shortages or damages.

• Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe.

• Assist in loading and unloading goods when needed.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Complete daily tasks within timelines during high-volume periods.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.

• Experience in warehouse operations, picking, or packing is an advantage but not mandatory.
