Job Title: In-Store Warehouse Associate (Picker, Packer, Store Executive & Loader)

​Candidates will be mapped to their nearest store/POD based on vacancy availability:

​Role Overview:

​Work inside a fully equipped, modern quick-commerce store/warehouse (Swiggy Instamart). The role involves managing incoming customer orders, picking items from store racks, scanning barcodes, packing orders securely, and handling store operations. Full on-the-job training will be provided post-joining for all system procedures and workflow updates.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Receive and review incoming online customer grocery orders on the handheld terminal/scanner device.

• ​Accurately pick ordered items across categories such as Groceries, FMCG, Fresh Produce, Dairy, Home Needs, and Daily Essentials.

• ​Scan item barcodes to verify quality, quantity, and order precision.

• ​Safely pack orders to ensure damage-free handover to delivery partners.

• ​Manage stock placement, rack replenishment, and basic store inventory counts (Comprehensive operational training provided).
