Urgent Hiring for Picker Packer
Experience:- 6Month to 1 Year
Location:- Masjid Bunder
Salary:- 15K to 17K

Key Responsibilities:-

Pick products from shelves or storage bins based on order lists using RF scanners or manual pick sheets.

Pack items securely and correctly according to company standards to prevent damage during shipping.

Label and prepare packages for shipment, including weighing, sealing, and sorting by carrier.

Maintain accurate inventory by reporting low-stock items, damaged goods, or discrepancies.

Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.

Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other basic warehouse equipment (if required).

Meet daily or hourly picking and packing performance targets.

Assist in loading/unloading trucks when needed.

Follow all warehouse policies, safety rules, and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Ability to operate handheld scanners and follow detailed order instructions.

Good physical stamina — able to lift 20–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and move quickly.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast without errors.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience (preferred but not always required).
