Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Ground Coordinator to manage day-to-day ground operations, coordinate with field staff, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain effective communication between the ground team and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily ground-level operations.

• Manage and guide ground staff to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

• Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and operational documentation.

• Monitor staff performance and report operational issues to management.

• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and escalate issues when required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

• Track daily activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting.

• Ability to coordinate with teams and manage ground-level activities.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Relevant experience in operations, field coordination, or ground management will be an advantage.
