Job Title: Picker & Packer

Job Responsibilities

Pick customer orders accurately from store shelves.
Pack products carefully according to Blinkit quality standards.
Scan products using a handheld device.
Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
Ensure orders are ready for dispatch within the required timelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.
Follow all safety and operational guidelines.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic reading and communication skills.
Physically fit to stand, walk, and lift products during shifts.
Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on location, shift, and experience).
