📋 Job Role

We are hiring Pickers & Packers to manage daily operations in our store. You will be responsible for:

🛒 Picking and packing grocery items accurately

🧹 Maintaining cleanliness of racks and work area

📦 Assisting in basic loading and unloading tasks (1–2 hours/day)

🔄 Working in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)

✅ Eligibility Criteria

📜 Education: Minimum 12th Pass

👤 Age Limit: Below 35 years

🏠 Location: Must live within 6 km of the store

💪 Physical Readiness: Must be fit and ready to support warehouse work

🔄 Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable with rotating shifts

🧼 Cleanliness: Maintain a hygienic work environment

🥦 Basic Knowledge: Understanding of grocery items is preferred

📄 Resume: Must carry a physical resume during interview

👔 Dress Code: Neatly dressed (No slippers or informal wear)

🚫 Not Eligible If You:

Want part-time or only one shift

Cannot do loading/unloading tasks

Live beyond 6 km from the store

Can join only after 2–3 days

Are a graduate or higher (10th/12th pass only)

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Basic Salary: As per state norms

🎁 Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month

💸 Leave Encashment: As applicable

🚫 No leave allowed on Saturdays/Sundays

📍 Work Location: Only candidates residing within 6 km of the store are eligible.
