We are currently expanding our recruitment team and inviting energetic and growth-driven HR Recruiters to

join us. Our goal is to build a team of 600+ active recruiters across India by the end of this financial year.

Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple

corporate clients across India. This includes sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting telephonic

discussions, coordinating interviews, and completing documentation.

You will play a vital role in helping top brands fill their vacancies efficiently — while developing strong

communication and negotiation skills in a fast-paced HR environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Candidate Interaction (≈80%)

○ Call and engage with candidates who have applied through job portals (e.g., WorkIndia, Indeed,

Naukri).

○ Explain job details, salary components, and company benefits clearly to candidates.

○ Convince and schedule candidates for interviews based on eligibility and interest.

○ Maintain a consistent daily calling performance (80–100 calls/day).

2. Operational & Documentation Tasks (≈15%)

○ Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents (ID proof, resume, etc.).

○ Coordinate with internal HR and client teams for joining formalities.

3. Reporting & HR Coordination (≈5%)

○ Report daily progress, follow-ups, and closures to the senior HR or Team Leader.

○ Maintain CRM/Recruitment database accurately.
