Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Picker / Packer to join our team at at Keystaff Hrm Solutions Private Limited (keystaff Hrm Solutions Private Limited). This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹18500 - ₹26000 with growth opportunities.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, pack and dispatch goods while maintaining stock records.

  • Train team members on proper handling of materials, including hazardous items.

  • Make sure that goods are labeled accurately and stored in the right locations.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure only the best products are dispatched.

  • Process all receipts and inventory updates promptly.

  Job Requirements:

  The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.

  
  Check product quantity, quality and expiry before packing.

• Pack orders accurately and safely.

• Scan products and update order status using a mobile/scanner device.

• Keep products and the work area organized.

• Coordinate with delivery executives for timely order handover.

• Follow store safety, hygiene and operational guidelines.

• Achieve daily productivity and order-fulfilment targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum 10th pass preferred.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Basic smartphone knowledge.

• Ability to read basic English/local language.

• Physically fit and comfortable standing/walking during work.

• Aadhaar and PAN required.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18500 per month

• Attendance/incentive: ₹4000

• Overtime: As per company policy

• PF/ESI: As applicable

• Weekly 1 day off

• Immediate joining available

Location: ALL OVER BANGALORE AND INDIA
Shift: DAY-AFTERNOON-EVENING-NIGHT-ROTATIONAL
