Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or digital devices.
Pack products securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage.
Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
Verify product quality, quantity, and order accuracy before dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Follow safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
Assist in stock counting and inventory updates as required.
Required Skills:
Ability to lift and carry packages safely.
Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing is an advantage.
Work Environment:
Warehouse / Distribution Center
Physical work involved; may require standing, lifting, and walking for long periods.
