Job Description – E-Commerce Picker

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Picker is responsible for accurately picking products from the store/warehouse as per customer orders and ensuring that the right products are prepared for packing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately as per customer orders using the handheld device/app.

• Locate products from the correct shelf, rack, or storage area.

• Check product name, quantity, size, and other details before picking.

• Ensure products are in good condition and within the required expiry date.

• Handle products carefully to avoid damage or breakage.

• Complete picking within the defined time/SLA.

• Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for order handover.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the picking area.

• Report missing, damaged, or unavailable products to the concerned supervisor.

• Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.

• Support other store/warehouse activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility

• Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass preferred.

• Freshers can apply.

• Basic understanding of smartphones/handheld devices.

• Good physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
