Designation - Operations Executive
Qualification - Any Degree (12th Pass are also eligible)
This role involves the selection, packaging, and preparation of orders in a
warehouse or distribution center to ensure accurate and timely
shipments. This entry-level role focuses on efficiency, quality control,
and safety in fast-paced environments like e-commerce or retail logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick items from shelves or bins using order lists, scanners,
or voice systems, verifying quantities and product details.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, restocking shelves,
and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
Ensure correct item, quantity, and quality before handing over for
packing.
Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor, follow FIFO and
warehouse SOP’s.
Essential Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to minimize
errors.
Familiarity with warehouse tools like pallet jacks or RF scanners, plus
adherence to safety protocols.
