The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately selecting items from the warehouse, preparing orders, and packing them securely for shipment. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick products from shelves based on order lists.
• Check items for accuracy, damage, and expiry.
• Pack items safely using proper packing materials.
• Label and seal boxes for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods when required.
• Follow company safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Skills & Requirements:
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable with long working hours.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
