Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Associate (Picker) is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing pharmaceutical products for dispatch as per customer orders. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining proper storage and handling of medicines to ensure product quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Pick pharmaceutical products based on order lists, invoices, or digital systems.
Ensure the correct drug, dosage, batch number, and quantity are selected.
Pack items securely to prevent damage and contamination during transit.
Label packages accurately according to regulatory and company requirements.
Maintain proper storage conditions, including temperature-sensitive and cold chain products.
Follow FIFO/FEFO (First In, First Out / First Expiry, First Out) inventory practices.
Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch.
Report damaged, expired, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counting activities.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
Follow company policies and compliance procedures related to pharmaceutical handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School / Diploma / Any Degree or relevant experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse.
Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and understand product names, batch details, and labels.
Basic computer knowledge (barcode scanners, inventory management systems).
Good physical stamina (standing, lifting, and walking for long hours).
Team player with a responsible and disciplined work attitude.
