The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Pick items from designated locations as per the order list.
Pack products securely and label them correctly for dispatch.
Verify quantities, product codes, and packaging standards before shipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing area.
Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
Follow safety and quality standards during handling and movement of goods.
Support inventory control activities like stock counting and bin audits.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Physically fit and able to lift moderate loads.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
