ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring energetic and detail-oriented Pickers & Packers for our fast-paced dark store operations. The role involves accurately picking items from inventory and packing customer orders quickly and correctly to meet delivery timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pick items accurately as per order slips/system instructions

- Pack orders securely and correctly, following quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking/packing area

- Report stock discrepancies or damaged items to the shift in-charge

- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum education: 10th pass (or as applicable)

- Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Basic reading ability for order slips

- Punctual and reliable

- Prior warehouse/retail experience preferred but not mandatory

SALARY BREAKUP (MONTHLY)

- Base Salary: Rs. 16,000

- Attendance Bonus: Rs. 1,000

- Performance/Incentive Bonus: Rs. 2,000

- Total Monthly Salary: Rs. 19,000

(Attendance Bonus and Performance Bonus are subject to meeting attendance and performance criteria.)

LEAVE POLICY

- 1 paid sick leave allowed per month - no salary deduction

- Any additional absence beyond the 1 allowed leave will be deducted from salary on a per-day basis

NOTICE PERIOD

- Notice period: 7 days

- If the notice period is not served, 7 days' salary will be deducted from the final settlement
