About this role
Pickers & Packers are the backbone of dark store operations. They locate items on shelves, pick them accurately, and pack orders for delivery within minutes.
A typical shift involves receiving order alerts on a handheld device, navigating store aisles to pick items quickly, checking for quality/expiry, packing orders securely, and handing them to delivery partners. Speed and accuracy are key - stores aim for 2-3 minute order fulfillment.
This Zepto dark store in Jayanagar serves the surrounding residential and commercial belt, which keeps order volume steady throughout the day.
