We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Staff (Picker and Packer) to join our team at Blinkit (India's fastest growing Q-commerce company). This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and order dispatch in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers a salary of ₹12,000 to ₹17,000 per month along with great career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Packing: Pack and dispatch quick-commerce orders efficiently while keeping stock records up-to-date.
Inventory Management: Store goods properly in the warehouse, ensure all items are labeled correctly, and monitor stock levels.
Quality Control: Check the quality and expiry dates of goods before dispatch.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements & Highlights:
Minimum Qualification: 8th Pass or equivalent.
Gender: Male only.
Employment Type: Part & Full Time (Flexible Shifts available for Warehouse Operations).
Skills: Attention to detail, good time-management, and basic smartphone/computer knowledge for handling digital order tracking.
