We are hiring Picker Packer staff for Blinkit and other e-commerce warehouses and stores. The candidate will be responsible for picking products according to customer orders, checking product names and quantities, packing items properly, scanning barcodes, maintaining stock accuracy, and preparing orders for timely dispatch. Candidates may also assist with inventory management, shelf arrangement, loading and unloading, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse or store. Freshers can apply, and candidates with a minimum 10th-pass qualification are preferred. Applicants should be punctual, hardworking, and comfortable working in shifts. Salary, PF, incentives, weekly offs, and other facilities will be provided as per company policy and the job location.
