About the Job

BGS Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Picker & Packer / Medicine Warehouse Staff for our pharmaceutical warehouse and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

Medicine Picking / Picking

• Pick medicines and pharmaceutical products according to customer orders.

• Locate products correctly from designated warehouse locations.

• Check medicine/product name, quantity, batch and other required details before packing.

• Ensure the correct product is picked for each order.

• Handle medicines carefully to avoid damage or breakage.

• Pack medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and securely.

• Recheck picked products and quantities before packing.

• Ensure the correct medicines are packed against each order.

• Arrange and label packages properly for dispatch.

• Maintain accuracy while packing multiple orders.

• Arrange medicines and pharmaceutical products systematically.

• Assist in stock counting and inventory checking.

• Assist with receiving, sorting and storing incoming products.

• Maintain clean and organized shelves and warehouse areas.

• Follow company inventory procedures, including FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.

• Report damaged, missing, incorrect or expired products to the supervisor.

• Handle pharmaceutical products carefully and responsibly.

• Prepare completed orders for dispatch.

• Coordinate with the billing, warehouse and dispatch teams when required.

• Complete assigned picking and packing work within the required time.

• Maintain order accuracy and follow company procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous experience in medicine warehouse, pharmaceutical warehouse, pharmacy, FMCG warehouse, e-commerce warehouse, logistics, picking or packing will be an advantage.

• Able to read product names, numbers and basic information.

• Good attention to detail.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

• Responsible, punctual and disciplined.

• Willing to learn pharmaceutical warehouse procedures.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
