We are looking for a Picker and Packer to join our team at B2 Security Services. This role involves picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching products efficiently in the warehouse. You will be responsible for checking product quality, maintaining accurate order details, and ensuring that goods are packed properly for safe delivery. This position offers an In-Hand Salary of ₹ 15000 Salary per month, along with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick products from shelves according to customer orders.
Pack and label products properly for dispatch.
Check the quantity and quality of products before packing.
Sort and organize goods in the designated warehouse locations.
Ensure accurate order processing and timely dispatch of goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Report damaged or missing products to the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass / 12th Pass, and both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates should have good attention to detail, basic counting skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team. Physical fitness, punctuality, and the ability to manage time effectively are preferred.
